Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aish, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artificial jewellery. We aim for 100% satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Window

  • 7 Days: We offer an exchange only policy valid for seven (7) days from the date you receive your order.

  • Proof Required: All exchanges must be accompanied by the original Purchase Receipt/Order Confirmation (physical or digital).

2. Eligibility for Exchange

An item is eligible for exchange only if it meets ALL of the following criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. It must be returned in the exact condition you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all its original tags, labels, and packaging intact (e.g., jewellery box, protective plastic film).

  • Original Product: It must be the original product purchased from Aish; items bought from third-party resellers are not eligible.

A. Exchange Reasons Accepted:

  1. Manufacturing Defect: The product is faulty, damaged, or broken upon arrival.

  2. Incorrect Item Received: You received a product or size different from what you ordered (e.g., ordered a necklace, received a bracelet).

  3. Sizing Issues: The item does not fit (e.g., bangles, ring size).

B. Exceptions (Non-Exchangeable Items)

For hygienic reasons and industry standards, the following items are strictly non-exchangeable unless they are received with a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • Earrings (All types: studs, hoops, jhumkas, drops)

  • Nose Pins/Nose Rings

  • Customized or Personalized items (e.g., initial necklaces, custom sizes).

  • Sale or Promotional items (Items purchased during a sale, discount, or promotion are final sale).

3. The Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate an exchange within the 7-day window:

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our Customer Service team immediately via WhatsApp or Email at:

    • Include your Order Number and a clear Photo/Video showing the fault (if applicable).

  2. Confirmation: Our team will review the request within 1-2 business days and provide confirmation and the return address (in Karachi).

  3. Shipment: Once confirmed, you must dispatch the item within 48 hours to the provided address using a reputable courier service (TCS, Leopard, etc.). Please pack the item securely in its original box to prevent transit damage.

  4. Inspection & Dispatch: Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will dispatch your replacement item or issue a store credit for the value of the original purchase.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchange

The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the reason for the exchange:

Manufacturing Defect / Our Error Nothing We cover the return shipping costs AND the cost of sending the replacement item.
Sizing/Design Change Return Shipping (sending item back to Aish) AND the delivery cost of the new item being sent to you (usually a flat PKR 300-400 charge). Nothing.

 

5. Refunds Policy

Aish maintains a strict “Exchange Only” policy.

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues. Refunds are only issued in the form of a Store Credit/Voucher for the value of the original item, which can be used on any future purchase from our website.

A cash refund will only be processed if:

  • The product is faulty, and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement within 10 business days.

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be restocked.

 

We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions. Thank you for shopping with Aish!
